The Explorers Project

The Explorers Project is a project for groups for Young People and Young Adults in the community aged 14 to 17yrs and 18 to 25yrs old who have additional or extra support needs, this could range from a physical disability or a learning disability or could have mental health issues.

The Explorers Group group works in Partnership with Social Work and the CHCP along with the Reidvale Youth 'n' Action Project who supply the group with Disclosed and experienced Youth Workers, the project also manage the groups bank of Volunteers, operate their funding requirements, plan and prepare their programmes, activities and trips away.

The Project has three strands currently and looking to develop further over the coming years. The Three Strands include :-
