All members, guests and visitors to the project are all expected to abide by the Code of Conduct set by the Youth Committe for the Project.
This means RESPECT the Staff, the Volunteers, Other Young People, the Building, the Project, its Equipment !!! No Exceptions !!!
Our RESPECT code includes No Swearing, No Fighting, No Abuse, No Alcohol, No Drugs, No Smoking, No Violence and No Bullying !!!
When you joint the project or attend its activties you automatically agree to abide by this code and its rules.
We operate a Warning System and give Yellow and Red Cards for behaviour and breaking of the rules. We generally operate a three strikes rule shown below, if you break any of the rule, you will be given a warning that reflects the rule thats been broken.
You will be given a verbal warning if you are found breaking the rules or code of conduct. This will be noted and if you continue you will be given a yellow card.
If you have been given a verbal warning and continue your actions you will recieve a yellow card and if you recieve a second yellow card this automatically trun to a red card carrying a One Night Ban.
If you display behaviour that warrants an automatic red card then you will recieve a 1 Week Ban.

EXCLUSION NOTES :-
If you are Given a Yellow Card this is recorded and monitored !
2 YELLOW CARD EXCLUSIONS :-
If your are given Two Yellow Cards in the One Evening - You will be EXCLUDED from the project for 1 Full Day, this means if your excluded on :-
Excluded on Monday, Can come back on Thursday - Missing Wednesday
Excluded on Wednesday, Can come back on Monday - Missing Thursday
Excluded on Thursday, Can come back on Wednesday - Missing Monday
RED CARD EXCLUSIONS :-
If you are given a straight RED CARD - You will be EXCLUDED from the project for 1 Full Week, you cannot re-enter the project for a full 7 Days.
If you are excluded - you cannot re-enter the Project whilst excluded, try to re-enter the project, be on the premesis or grounds, if you are found doing so your exclusion can be extended and can lead to a further exclusion or action.
APPEALS :-
If you are EXCLUDED you can if you feel you have been wrongly excluded, have the right to appeal your EXCLUSION and this must be made in writing to :-

When an appeal is recieved a review of the original exclusion will take place, project logs and reports will be assessed and an detailed account will be taken from members of staff who handled the exclsuion for information.
We aim to have an appeal answered and concluded within 10 days of receipt of appeal letter, however under certain circumstances this can take longer and will advise this in writing in the acknowledgement letter.
